Our logger will only be able to see the incoming telemetry data from the game id you enable it in the game.
To do this, please navigate to Game Options > Settings > Telemetry Settings.
Change the following settings:

End your game. You can do this by pausing the game and clicking on the End Session menu.
There isn't enough data for analysis. This could be due to poor internet quality or a session that's too short (less than a lap).
If none of the above, please send us a bugreport by clicking on the Report Issue button on the top right corner in the logger.

If the logger does not work, there may be several reasons for it.
If you are playing on a console:

Check if the console and PC are on the same local network.

On your PC:

Open the Command Prompt by typing "cmd" in the search bar
or pressing the Windows key + R and typing "cmd" in the Run dialog box.
In the Command Prompt, type the command ipconfig and press Enter.
This will display information about your PC's network configuration.
Look for the line that says "Default Gateway".
The IP address listed next to this line is the IP address of your router.

Then, if you are using Xbox:

Go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings
Compare the first three numbers of the IP address of your PC and Xbox.
If they match, it means your Xbox is on the same network as your PC.

If you are using PlayStation:

Go to Settings > Network > View Connection Status
Compare the first three numbers of the IP address of your PC and Xbox.
If they match, it means your PlayStation is on the same network as your PC.

For example, if your PC's IP address is 192.168.1.2 and your console's IP address is
192.168.1.5, it means they are on the same network because they share the
same first three numbers (192.168.1). On the other hand, if the first three numbers
do not match, it means your console is not on the same network as your PC.

Turn off AP isolation on your router

AP isolation, also known as "access point isolation" or "client isolation,"
is a security feature commonly used in wireless networks. When enabled,
AP isolation prevents devices that are connected to the same wireless
access point (AP) from communicating directly with each other. AP isolation
is often used in public Wi-Fi networks, such as coffee shops or airports, to
prevent users from accessing each other's devices and data. It can block our
logger because it can't see the data sent by the game.

Open a web browser on a device that is connected to your router's network.
In the address bar, enter your router’s default gateway IP address.
This is usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1, but it may vary depending
on your specific router model and network setup.
Enter the router's username and password when prompted. The default
username is usually "admin" and the default password is either blank or
"admin", but again, this may vary depending on your router model and setup.
Once you're logged in to the router's settings page, navigate to the Wireless
or Wireless Settings section.
Look for a setting called "AP Isolation", "Client Isolation", or "Guest Network Isolation".
Depending on your router model, this option may be located under the
"Security" or "Advanced" sub-menu. The name of this setting may vary
depending on your router model and firmware version.
Disable the AP isolation setting by checking the box or toggle switch next to it.
Save your changes and exit the settings page. Please wait a few minutes
until the changes take effect.
